BIOALLIANCE HUMAN RESOURCES TOOLS A Human Resources Committee is working diligently to strengthen our network of experts and organizations. This group is meeting with representatives from industry and assessing the human resources capacity of the PEI BioScience Cluster. A final report and HR Strategy is due in spring 2010. TRAINING PROGRAMS Numerous training programs are in place and institutions are working together to build expertise and enhance capacity. The PEI Bioscience Cluster is committed to ensuring that our young people are equipped with the necessary tools to enable them to build on the scientific and business models we are now creating.
