The PEI BioAlliance is committed to reaching the three key goals of the HR Strategy for the PEI Bioscience cluster; namely,
  1. Support Recruitiment and Retention of Quality People
  2. Provide HR Support to Bioscience Companies
  3. Encourage Skills Development in Bioscience
    
One of the necessary resources identified through that strategy was an HR Tool Kit. The intent of the tool kit is to provide some HR tools to  small and medium businesses, so that they may focus on their core functions.

The recently published HR Guide is another resource for all employers to use.
